The most recent addition to the team. He joined the team in 2016 as Chartered Appraiser. Graduated in Business Administration, option Property Valuation from University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). Mr. Pierre Laliberté was an active member of “Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (OEAQ)” until 2017; and accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) until 2016. He now acts as a Senior Appraiser Consultant.
For nearly 40 years he has been working in the field of real estate appraisal and was active in OEAQ as an examination designer, inspector and continuing education professor.
Mr. Laliberté profits from a vast experiment in the field of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential expertise. He evolves especially in the field of property tax, expropriation and real estate litigation. He is recognized as expert witness before Courts and tribunals.
He now focuses his expertise on urban redevelopment, highest and best use for sites and valuation of religious and patrimonial heritage buildings.
