President of the firm since 1997, he profits from a vast experiment in the field of real estate appraisal. He also evolves in the field of assessment tax appeal, expropriation and appears in various provincial and federal courts and tribunals as expert-witness.

The most recent addition to the team. He joined the team in 2016 as Chartered Appraiser. Graduated in Business Administration, option Property Valuation from University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). Mr. Pierre Laliberté was an active member of “Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (OEAQ)” until 2017; and accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) until 2016. He now acts as a Senior Appraiser Consultant.

For nearly 40 years he has been working in the field of real estate appraisal and was active in OEAQ as an examination designer, inspector and continuing education professor.

Mr. Laliberté profits from a vast experiment in the field of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential expertise. He evolves especially in the field of property tax, expropriation and real estate litigation. He is recognized as expert witness before Courts and tribunals.

He now focuses his expertise on urban redevelopment, highest and best use for sites and valuation of religious and patrimonial heritage buildings.

Member of the team since 1992 and specialist of energy transportation area, Mr. Senécal has been involved since 1974 in all stages of acquisition of right of ways, mainly for the implantation of all types of pipelines.

Mr. Senécal has participated in numerous projects for major entities such as:

He started as Negotiation Agent, he has quickly been appointed to Project Administrator and Specialized Staff Manager while ensuring coordination and close liaison between the many interveners such as Project Managers, General Contractors, Land Surveyors, Environmentalists, Agronomists, Assessors, Lawyers, Notaries, etc.

Having an extensive knowledge of all aspects of energy transportation, from identification of potential corridors to the repairing of lands after construction works, Mr. Senécal has proven to be a privileged intervener with municipal and other government authorities. Moreover, he has shown extensive knowledge toward mandates and procedures of various groups or specialized commissions such as the Union des Producteurs Agricoles (www.upa.qc.ca) and the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec (www.cptaq.gouv.qc.ca).

Mr. Huguet has attended various coursed in administration and appraisal for several years. He has been a Chartered Appraiser until 2010.

He works in the field of evaluation, negotiation of rights of way, easements and estimation of damages since 1962. He has extensive experience as a Liaison Agent and is responsable for coordinating the acquisition and preparation of lists of owners for all pipeline projects.

He has been involved in numerous projects with our firm such as:

  • Trans-Northern Pipelines Inc. (pipeline with ±120 owners);
  • Services Énergie Brascan Inc. became: Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners L.P. (Flooding and erosion easements with ±700 owners);
  • Gazoduc Trans-Québec & Maritimes Inc. became: TransCanada PipeLines Limited (pipeline from Montreal to New-Hampshire & another from Mirabel to Quebec);
  • Gaz Métropolitain Inc. (easements in Mont-Rolland);
  • Plan Nord (gas pipeline owned by Gaz Metropolitain Inc.);
  • Etc... 

He has also been involved in other projects such as:

  • Gaz Intercité (pipeline Trois-Rivières, Shawinigan, Bécancour, Drummondville, Granby and Montreal to Sherbrooke);
